These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC website and the services provided by Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC (“Verde Breeze Landscaping,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC provides residential and commercial landscaping services, including lawn maintenance, landscape design, installation, hardscaping, paver work, mulch and rock installation, planting, tree and shrub services, cleanups, snow and ice management, and other related services.

Specific services, pricing, materials, and project requirements will be outlined in the applicable estimate, proposal, contract, or invoice.

2. Estimates & Proposals

Estimates and proposals are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of preparation. Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions, additional work, material changes, or customer-requested changes arise.

Unless otherwise stated, estimates are valid for the period specified in the proposal.

3. Scheduling & Weather

Service dates and project schedules may be affected by weather, site conditions, material availability, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Rain, excessive heat, snow, storms, saturated soil, or other unsafe conditions may require services to be postponed or rescheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and work areas.

Customers should identify and disclose any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, electrical wiring, drainage systems, septic systems, or other concealed property features that may affect the work.

Customers are also responsible for securing pets, personal belongings, vehicles, and other items that could interfere with the work.

5. Property Conditions

Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing, concealed, unstable, defective, or improperly installed property conditions that could not reasonably be identified before or during the work.

This may include, but is not limited to, hidden utility lines, irrigation systems, drainage systems, weak structures, unstable surfaces, buried debris, or defective materials.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be stated on the applicable estimate, proposal, contract, or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms listed on the invoice.

Late or unpaid balances may result in additional fees, suspension of services, or collection efforts as permitted by applicable law.

For larger projects, a deposit or progress payment may be required before work or material procurement begins.

7. Additional Work & Change Orders

Work outside the original scope of an approved estimate or proposal may require additional charges.

Customer-requested changes, additional labor, additional materials, unforeseen site conditions, or changes in project scope may result in a revised price.

Where practical, additional work will be discussed with and approved by the customer before proceeding.

8. Materials

Material availability, colors, textures, sizes, and product specifications may vary. When a specified material is unavailable, Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC may recommend a comparable alternative for customer approval.

Natural materials such as stone, mulch, plants, sod, and other landscaping products may naturally vary in color, texture, size, and appearance.

9. Plants, Sod & Landscaping Warranty

Plants, sod, seed, trees, shrubs, and other living materials require proper care and maintenance after installation.

Unless specifically stated in writing, Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC does not guarantee the survival of living plant material due to factors including weather, drought, pests, disease, improper watering, neglect, animals, soil conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Any warranty provided for a specific project or material will be limited to the terms specifically stated in the applicable proposal or contract.

10. Hardscape & Installation Work

Hardscape materials may experience normal settling, movement, cracking, discoloration, or other changes over time due to weather, soil movement, drainage, freezing and thawing, and normal use.

Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC will perform installation according to generally accepted industry practices and the agreed project specifications.

11. Cancellations

Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling a service.

Cancellation fees may apply when crews, equipment, materials, or other resources have already been scheduled or committed to a project, as stated in the applicable agreement.

12. Snow & Ice Services

Snow and ice management services are subject to weather conditions and site circumstances.

Service timing may vary based on snowfall rates, storm duration, accumulation, freezing conditions, traffic, accessibility, and other factors.

Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC does not guarantee that all snow or ice will be completely eliminated from a property, as conditions may change after service has been completed.

13. Photos & Marketing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC may photograph completed work for documentation, portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts not to include identifiable personal information in marketing materials.

14. Website Information

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes. While we strive to keep our website accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all information, pricing, availability, photographs, or descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.

Website content may be updated or changed without notice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable damages arising from services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Force Majeure

Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, labor shortages, material shortages, equipment failure, governmental actions, utility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

17. Customer Approval

Approval of an estimate, proposal, contract, work order, or invoice may constitute acceptance of the applicable scope of work, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions.

18. Changes to These Terms

Verde Breeze Landscaping LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with the applicable effective date.
